Arena for Evidence-Based Practices is the source for training in Contingency Management for Emerging Adults and Contingency Management for Youth Addiciton. Our certification program is designed by Dr. Ashli Sheidow, Dr. Jaime Mulligan, and Erin Iwanusa, LCSW. Our training team are leaders in the training field and work toward "Acheiving Better Outcomes" for addiction professionals. ArenaEBP Certified Clinicians have completed high-level training, expert consultation, and an evaluation process, demonstrating competence in core CBT techniques.
Certfication in CM for Emerging Adults begins with an intensive and interactive 1.5 day in-person training followed by 2 years of ongoing expert connsultation including up to 32 additional CEU training hours, session tape review, networking events, 1:1 phone consultation with an expert, surveys, and treatment outcome review.

When certified, you will receive a signed certificate, have access to resources provided by ArenaEBP, and invitations to attend exclusive ArenaEBP sponsored events. In addition, you will be included in our public therapist directory and be eligible to receive referrals from ArenaEBP.
All trainees of the CM-EA training program have the option to also complete the 15-hour online, interactive training for the Contingency Management for Youth Addiction treatment program at no additional cost resulting in dual-certfication.
