As a participant in the Contingency Management Training Support System (CM-TSS) research study you are being asked to participate in a focus group. You will receive $20 for your participation. This Focus Group will be online and will be 1 hour. All times are Eastern Standard Time. In addition to the focus group we will be asking you to complete a brief online survey about your experience.

- Address to mail your participation check to
- Email address to communicate information about the focus group registration
This information will be used only to set up the focus group and will not be stored or shared with the research group.
Please note that Focus Group registration is limited to keep groups small so be sure to sign up soon! All focus group times are EST and start promptly on the hour so please be sure to sign in a few minutes before your chosen time.
